- CVRC Meeting minutes of: May 14, 2013 Club Meeting; April 23, 2013 Business Meeting. All available minutes can always be found on the Minutes page.
- Contoocook Valley Radio Club Upcoming Events:
* May 28, Next CVRC Business meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 28 at 7:00 PM. All members of the Contoocook Valley Radio Club are invited to help plan our activities. It is the second house on the left after the Mobile Station and kitty-cornered to the Grain Store. Dave Connors is this months host. For more information call Dave at 496-3080.
* June 1 will be the next open VE Session. Location will be the Concord Bible Fellowship, 25 Rockingham Street, Concord. Registration begins at 8:30 AM. The following VE session will be July 13.
* June 11, CVRC regular meeting. Chairman Stormy Gleason AA1ES will lead final field day discussions & planning. Time permitting, some field day films will be shown.
* June 22-23, ARRL field Day. Set up begins Friday morning. Pickups needed to move equipment from the trailer to field location & volunteers to perform setup through the day. Look for schedule from Stormy AA1ES.
* July 9, 7:30, Regular & Business meeting combined. Agenda to include: Field day follow up, Business meeting, and CVRC picnic.
* July 27, CVRC picnic. Rain date is July 28. Fred KK1KW and Mary will again host this July’s picnic. Schedule is 12:00 PM through 5:00 PM
* August 13, Regular meeting. VHF forum night.
* August 27, Business meeting. Location TBD
* September 10, Regular meeting. Paul Anzalone N1PA, will present NANO TECHNOLOGY. Dimitri’s at 6:15 PM for super. Presenters eat free.
* September 24, business meeting. TBD
* October 8, Regular meeting. Peter Stohrer will do a presentation on ARES. Dimitri’s at 6:15 PM for super. Presenters eat free.
* October 22, business meeting. TBD

* December 14, Christmas Party. Location is at the Ichibon Restaurant again this year.

Directions to the library and Dimitri’s is as follows: Take I-89 N to exit 6 -Contoocook. Turn right at end of exit, drive down to the town. Turn left at the stop sign. Dimitri's is just across the stone bridge on the right, next to the covered bridge. Hopkinton Library is at 61 Houston Drive in Contoocook. After you cross the stone bridge, turn left beside the Fire Station onto Pine Street. Go about the distance of two blocks. Houston Drive is on the right. Proceed straight ahead, park, then go into the right end of the Library.
- CVRC Meetings:
The CVRC meets on the second Tuesday of each month usually at the Hopkinton Town Library in Contoocook, NH, (except December and some Julys). Rag chew at 7 PM; Meeting at 7:30 PM. Talk-in is on 146.895 / R, -600hz, 100 Hz PL. Meetings are open to both members and nonmembers.

Business Meetings are held each month, two weeks after the Regular Monthly Meeting at 7 PM. All are encouraged to participate. We lay all of the groundwork for the club activities at these meetings.
